- These tools are all combined into 3 limbic system specific meditations, created for you to calm your limbic brain, whether you're brand new to brain retraining or have been practicing nervous system regulation for years.
- This series is designed for you if you're dealing with daily inflammation that can occur with repetitive thinking, perfectionistic tendencies, and physical ailments.
- We use also use music & visuals in the meditations to support alpha brain waves while you work on subconsciously reprogramming your brain.
- You'll receive 3 meditations that take an average of 15 mins to complete each day for the next 21 days. Each meditation will allow you to go deeper with yourself, so you have a better understanding of your brain & body.

→With top-down regulation, we'll use meditation to begin to shift the thoughts that we have and communicate a signal of safety from the brain to the body
